Whats cookin' tonight?
Easy, breezy!

This meal takes just about 30mins to make. Normally I love eating red rice with steak, but the Boyfriend loves rotisserie chicken straight from the supermarket. Anything goes, its all up to you. It took me a few times to get down the taste that I wanted, but hey, trial and error makes perfect!






---awesome red rice!
3 cups of rice pre-made
1 small can tomato paste
4tbs fried garlic
3 fresh cloves of garlic minced
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
pinch of salt.

Heat wok up on medium high heat, let it sit for 1 minute. Add oil. Add in fresh minced garlic and tomato paste. Stir, add in fried garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds. Then add rice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pinch of salt. Mix well in the wok.
